I style my name in lowercase

How do you style your own name?

I almost always spell my name with lowercase in my personal life.

Is there a deep philosophical reason? Is it an identity thing?

Nope! I just like how it looks better.

Z and M are very tall letters with high centers of gravity compared to the rest of the letters in my name. Lowercase "zachary moring" has a nice half-height line that rests on top of all the letters, but "Zachary Moring" lacks the same character.

Should you spell my name this way?

No. I truly do not care how you spell my name. It's an affectation for me and me alone.

Do you feel this way about anyone else's name?

I think in general most names are prettier when spelled with lowercase. You are, of course, free to use whatever styling you like for your own name.

Does it matter?

No, but I've been asked about it before, and so I thought it'd be nice to have a coherent answer.
